the settlement of Employer's Liability claims and, whilst the legal rights of the injured parties are always preserved,
significant savings in the cost of legal representation can be achieved via the Syndicate's new
framework through which claims are settled directly with the named employee prior to a formal claim being presented.
The Syndicate believes that our Direct Settlement Scheme will provide an equitable, speedier and more cost effective solution to
settling injury claims in what always tends to be an unecessarily drawn out and costly process.
